At Juicier, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality juices made from natural ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited returns policy to ensure safety and quality.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered, as our juices are perishable.

Issues with Your Order

If you receive an order that is:

Damaged
Incorrect
Missing items
Spoiled upon delivery

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order qualifies, we may offer:

A replacement product, or
A refund or store credit

We are unable to assist with issues reported after 24 hours of delivery, or where products have not been stored correctly after delivery.

We keep our juices in stock and ready to ship, so orders are processed quickly.

Orders are packed within 1 business day after your order is placed.

Once dispatched with our Courier partner, delivery typically takes:

1–2 business days for major cities
2–4 business days for regional areas

Our products are manufactured in South Africa

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
